Mount Holly Elementary School

Parent-Teacher Club
"PTC"

Meeting Minutes

PTC stands for"Parent Teacher Club".   Meetings will be held 3:00 pm the first Wednesday of each month.  All meetings will be held in the School Library and the schedule for the school year is as follows:

Please join us for any meeting that fits into your schedule.  We welcome any and all parents, teachers and community members!

The more parents that get involved, the better.    There are lots of jobs to be done and funds to be raised!   It you happen to have a fund-raising idea that you would like to organized, please come to a meeting and discuss!   Your ideas and suggestions are important.   If you cannot attend the meetings, please feel free to contact another parent or drop off a note in the school office PTC mailbox.   We look forward to seeing or hearing from you soon!

The Mt. Holly Parent Teacher Club is the major fund raising group in the School.   Our mission is to raise funds for all the things that are not covered by the school's budget.   This includes things like: field trips, Paramount productions, the bus to Okemo Mountain/picnic, End of Year picnic, scholarships for skiing and snowboarding, First Day of School Cook-out, supplies, enrichment activities, enhancements to the Arts/Drama/Music programs and many other things that directly benefit all our students.

The PTC is an integral part of life at Mt. Holly School. This group of dedicated parents enriches the educational experience of ALL our students with the activities they sponsor.

The PTC has made it possible for "touring artists" and artists-in-residence to visit our school.

They have also helped to equip our playground and purchase a number of items for individual classrooms.

We encourage you to become involved.   All we ask for is your time, energy and input to ensure that our school is the best it can be! We welcome everyone - your time and talents help our club to be a success!    Please consider signing up for one or more of the following activities.

Please click on the link below or call the school and indicate any/all projects below that interest you.   Include your name and phone number so we can get right back to you.
